Twinsies!

We're starting to design a project where we finally get to incorporate twin beds in a guest room! We have always liked the idea of two identical beds in one room, it's like twice the fun...and expense! (just what clients love...) The intended use of this twin space is not for siblings to share but rather it will be used to house guests at a vacation home.  We've pulled together some symmetrical magic to get the ideas flowing. Hello everyone! Paul's Colorful Cacti installation for BoldPas was last weekend and everyone loved it. It's hard to get an exact number of people that attended, but Old Pasadena thinks it's somewhere between 5,000 and 15,000 people. It was definitely a long day with lots of photos taken.

Our Trip to the Desert

Last weekend was Becky's 30th birthday and I (Paul) surprised her with a trip to Joshua Tree. We instantly fell in love with both the area and the charming cabin we stayed in. The desert can get a bad rap for being too hot thus deterring some visitors. It's true that it can be very warm and the temperature can creep into triple digits but that's only a few weeks per year.
